The concept of clean space in modern medicine is a basic rule and standard for maximum increase of the safety during surgical interventions and maximum success in the implant surgery. This concept needs to be applied in every dento-surgical practice.
Here in “Maksident Vrshkovski”, we are seriously committed to the prevention and control of infection in any dental and surgical intervention, all surgeries are performed in a special operating room-surgical room, where the flow of people is limited, and therefore safety and infection control is increased. Also there is limitation of dust, air microbes and particles using a special bactericidal lamps in every operating room. Furthermore, we use disposable covers, coats and other protective clothing, disposable instruments and every other instrument that is not for one use only, is being autoclaved and sterilized before and after each intervention in special autoclaves which are regularly monitored and tested.
All surfaces are disinfected by strict protocols that provide the highest level of control and prevention of infection. All instruments that are not disposable, are packed in special foil and autoclaved, and are opened and used just before the intervention.
