Many patients often come to the clinic with fracture of tooth, where there is big part of the tooth missing, and a small part is left in the mouth. In those cases, if the conditions allow us, the tooth is treated endodontically , then strengthened by a resin post in the root and on it a crown is made to protect the tooth and prevent further fracture.
